I am looking for land suitable for the development of a 60-70 bed residential care home for a retained client. Search area includes Cambs, Beds, Suffolk and Norfolk. Site must be in or on the edge of a town/city of c. 20,000 plus inhabitants. (Not looking ay rural locations).
